RETURNS

We gladly accept unworn and unwashed regular-priced merchandise returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for store credit only.

To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) must have been purchased through our website and have not been worn, washed, or altered and with all tags and hygienic liners attached, and accompanied by the original packaging.

* For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. 

* Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, strong perfumes and deodorant. We will not accept any garments that have stains or scents from trying on.

Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for store credit. All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price during a sale period are considered Final Sale.

Store credit is a one-time discount code that must be used in a single purchase. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dezertmango.com with your order number in the subject field . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

For international returns, customer pays for and arranges all international return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit. All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately with a specific reason for the cancellation. During sale periods, we do not allow any changes. Before proceeding to checkout, please review your order carefully to avoid any issues.

 

DAMAGES + ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you were sent the wrong item. We kindly request that you provide us with your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
